PCI is ASTM 1856 Quality Certified by RIT. RIT does independent testing on a quarterly basis to ensure high quality products for our customers. Testing our products with RIT will guarantee the same consistent quality and yield as the OEM products produce.
Manufacturing Process
We replace every imaging component when manufacturing our OEM compatible toner cartridges. This will ensure consistent quality on each product we offer.
Guarantee
If our products cause any damage to your laser printer, we will repair or reimburse you free of charge. We guarantee our products are free from defects in material and workmanship. It is our confidence in our product that allows us to make this guarantee.
Don't be Intimidated
It is illegal for your laser printer/copier manufacturer to require you to use or purchase a particular brand of cartridge. Just as it is illegal for your car dealer to require only original parts to be used to repair your car. This is called 'Knowing your Rights'.
To enforce such a policy is in direct violation of the Sherman & Clayton Antitrust Act laws. Hewlett Packard clearly states in their warranty policy that “Hewlett Packard does not prohibit the use of remanufactured toner cartridges during the warranty period or under a maintenance contract...â€
